Opportunities for Administrators
Whatever your experience level, ThinkWrite can help you.
I have always been a school community builder. A teacher at heart, I understand that the life blood of any school is the teachers and their teaching. Therefore, as an administrator, I know how essential the appropriate leadership is for the success of a school. Communication. Difficult conversations. Guiding teachers. Discipline. Public forums. Strategizing how to balance this significant and all-consuming vocation with the rest of your life. If you are a seasoned administrator, and you just need an occasional “check in,” I can help. If you are new to school administration, I will help you strategize your immediate charges, and work with you to make a plan for your year. I have experienced this life fully, and genuinely understand what it is.

“Bruce helped me just as much in my role as a new administrator. He has the unique ability to assess and challenge one’s thinking and systems with a sharp, supportively critical eye, helping a school leader focus on what’s most important for individual and organizational success. And he does all this while making you laugh along the way!”
“Bruce knows what needs to be done to develop a great school, and he thoughtfully engages administration, faculty, staff, parents and students in the process. He leads with integrity, compassion and heart. Bruce is a man of great character and truly lives by the words of Aristotle, “Excellence is not an act, but a habit.””
